The authors of FULL HOUSE: Turning Data into Audiences have a combined experience of nearly half a century in ticketing and its larger role in marketing. This experience has been built up in ticketing software sales and consultancy combined with a large diversity of consultancy, lecturing, presenting and training in arts marketing around the world. Authors Roger Tomlinson and Tim Roberts have revised and updated Boxing Clever for Australia and Vicki Allpress has worked on a New Zealand edition with Tim Roberts.
